I just read a wonderful book this summer which I wanted to let you know about. It is called The New Energy Body and it is by the author Natalia Rose, who some of you may know from her two books on nutrition - The Raw Food Detox Diet and Raw Food Life Force Energy.

The New Energy Body is essentially Natalia’s ’spiritual’ book.  The impact of nutrition is covered here, yes, and those chapters are invaluable to anyone who has never before looked into the difference ‘living’ foods (rather than processed foods) will make to your consciousness. But beyond that, Natalia also here offers all the knowledge she has learnt on her own spiritual search. So there are chapters about the human body and how it responds to our energy and how we can best nurture it to allow us to reach higher energetic vibrations (and have more daily energy!). Plus, topics such as The Law of Attraction, our DNA and how you can clear your cells from any family genetics or blueprints, and quantum physics and its impact on us. If you are like me and not a natural scientist, what you will love about the book is how Natalia makes it all digestable and enjoyable to learn. It is also beautifully written and Natalia leads you gently through all that she covers.

I highly recommend this book. It offers you and your life powerful change, and so often spiritual books do not take the body into account because they are focused on expanding mind and/or heart. This deals with the whole package - Mind, Body, Spirit. Essential reading for those wanting to experience a higher level of living.

Hi Al

Well, it seems that my channel still had a huge surprise for me! It has been occuring, in the last 9 days now, that my channel is showing itself via its individuality (after all of this time previously only working as a collective). The identities who reveal themselves (such as Zachary and Ziadora) are completely known to those of us who have listened to and worked with the channel before, so in a strange way it is as if nothing has changed. and yet the experience of it is now very different.

I’m delighted with all of the change happening - it feels wonderful and exciting.
