Beauty is alive in this world. Beauty is alive and well.

Beauty is all around us, even amidst places of terror and fear that you may witness or visit, the beauty can always be found. You simply need to allow yourself to see it. For the energy of Beauty is waiting for us all to discover at each moment. It can be found and felt everywhere.

Beauty is not fixed, or easily definable. Beauty is fluid. It is an energy that either reveals or conceals itself, but even when concealed, it is always within everybody and every living thing. Even those people you would perceive as behaving in ‘ugly’ ways, have a beauty within them. They may have forgotten or others may have forgotten to remind them, but they have it there within for beauty cannot die. Belief in beauty can die, and people can become fixated on ugliness and thus blind themselves to beauty but the essence of beauty is always there, patiently waiting to be seen.

The most beautiful people are people whose hearts are open. That is an inescapable and glorious truth that many of you will have experienced. The beautiful people are those people in your life that share their beauty with you and those that make you feel most beautiful in yourself. This is because their hearts are open to celebrating your beauty as much as their own. And you feel this openness from them when you are in their presence, and so you respond by allowing your beauty to venture out into this safe space of openness that they have created for you. And within that space and invitation, you allow your own beauty to grow and combine with theirs. This is the power of connection with another. The connection of shared energy between two individuals. And through connecting your beauty with that of another in this way, the two of you create a magical essence between you - An Essence of Beauty. That essence is powerful healing medicine - powerful beyond your imagination. Trust me on that if you find it hard to believe in yourself, for it is the truth. Beauty shared is a powerful remedy; a great healer of the self and others.

Imagine if every single one of us experienced and shared beauty a little more each day? Imagine if we all created a feeling of beauty within us, or offered or shared a moment of beauty with another. Imagine how beautiful this world could become, if we were each gently nurturing and allowing the power of beauty into our daily lives and interactions? The change would be extraordinary. The energy of this world would transform.

You are beautiful.

You reading this now, you are so very beautiful. Know that about yourself now.

Your beauty, both inner and outer (for the two are the same) is now yours to know and receive. So open your heart to your own beauty. The more you open your heart, the more you will receive. The more you allow yourself to receive, the more your heart will open. It is a beautiful circular experience, and it does not matter which of these two actions you begin the circle with, for each action will lead you to the same destination. An open hearted knowing and sharing of your beauty with the world. That knowing and sharing from within you will then open the hearts of others for hearts open where beauty is present. So the more that you allow yourself to be beautiful and see yourself as beautiful, the more your heart will open, the more you will receive, and then the more you will be able to give. To give to your life and to give to the lives of others.

That is why you seeing your beauty today is so important. It is the greatest gift you could give to yourself and to those that you love, and even those you do not yet know. For this opening I am speaking to you of will allow you to then see the beauty in everything and everybody else. And that ability can open hearts and transform people. Truly.

To open your heart more today, allow yourself to see your beauty. Your heart holds your beauty and your beauty is your heart. Allow the two to collide. Allow the two to create union.

Allow it.

It will be so beautiful a change, your seeing of your own beauty.

I know that you are very beautiful. I can feel this about you as I write these words for you.

I honour you for this beauty that you possess and I ask you, today, to do the same. I ask you to know, see, feel and honour how beautiful you already are and how much more beautiful you are becoming every single day. 

It will truly be the greatest gift. And you deserve that great a gift.
